Day 1

Arrival in Yerevan

Arrival in Yerevan.

Day 2

Yerevan City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.

City tour - including City center, Republic square, State University, City panorama, Mother Armenia Monument, Parliament, President’s Residence.

Visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex and Museum.

Visit Megerian Carpet to explore the world of  Megerian rugs and interesting tour that will take you though the  history of Armenian carpet making .

Lunch at the Indian restaurant.

Visit to Cascade complex, which is considered the modern art center of Yerevan, with art pieces displayed throughout the whole area: the boulevard and up the stairs, from top of which you can enjoy the panoramic view on the city and Mountain Ararat.

Cascade is home to Cafesjian modern art museum.

Dinner at the Indian restaurant.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3

Yerevan – Garni – Geghard - Vernissage

Breakfast at the hotel.

Drive to the only remaining pagan temple in Armenia devoted to the God of Sun – Myrth, in Garni, built in 77 AD by King Trdat. Photo stop at Charentc Arc.

Lunch at the local restaurant.

After the lunch at local restaurant drive to the unique caved temple St. Geghard (12th -13th cc.), the name of which means “holy spear” in the honor of the long-preserved spear, the same spear that pierced the body of crucified Christ. It is now exhibited in the museum of Etchmiadzin Cathedral.

Geghard Monastery is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list (2000).

Visit Vernissage open air market of handicrafts.

Dinner at the Indian restaurant.

Day 4

Yerevan – Tsaghkadzor – Lake Sevan - Yerevan

Breakfast at the hotel.

Drive to Tsaghkadzor (means “gorge of flowers”) town, the magical place of forested mountains.

Short walking tour around the small town. Opportunity to go up to the mountain peaks by rope way, where you will catch an unforgettable gorgeous panoramic view of this part of the world (going up the first level and back).

In winter Tsakhkadzor is a well- known ski resort with several levels of ropeways leading up the mountains.

In summer it’s a pleasant place to spend the afternoon in nature and enjoy the sun.

Visit Kecharis monastery and after on rope way to Teghenis Mountain.

Drive to Sevan lake.

Lunch at the local restaurant with a pleasant view of Sevan lake.

Then visit Sevanavank monastery.

Dinner at the Indian restaurant.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5

Departure

Transfer to Airport departure to Sharjah by Air Arabia G9-244 at 11.55hrs and arrive Sharjah at 14.50 hrs
