Day 1: Bagdogra Airport – Gangtok

Day 2: Gangtok-Tsomgo Lake-Baba Mandir-Gangtok

Day 4: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early in the morning at around 4.00 A.M. proceed to Tiger Hills (2590 mts, Subject To Availability of Permit and Token) to see spectacular view of sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather).
On the way visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery.
After breakfast, you would be visiting Darjeeling Joy Ride( Steam Engine), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute,
Tenzing and Gombu Rock and Tea Garden (Outer View).

Air ticket fare, insurance premium, any other activities like rafting, archery, rock climbing, joy ride (toy train) etc for which supplemental charges will be applicable to be paid by the guests directly.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips and gratuity, bottled water etc.
Entrance Fees for museums and monuments, Upgradation Charges and Optional Tours to be paid by the guests directly on the spot.
Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing; extra usage of vehicle; unforeseen events like natural calamities for instance landslides, external factors like blockades, political disturbances etc.;
imposition of new taxes; increase in taxes or fuel price which impacts costs of surface transportation will be recovered directly from the guests.

Documents:
Indian Nationals require permits to visit Tsomgo Lake, North Sikkim (Lachung and Lachen) and Nathula Pass. The documents needed are given below:
It is mandatory for the guests to carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof like Voter ID card / Passport / Driving License with photocopy for processing the permit.
PAN Card / Aadhar Card are not acceptable for issuance of the Permit. For child of above 05 years, child School ID card is valid. It is also mandatory to carry original birth certificate in English.
The above details are only applicable for 1 destination. If the guests are covering multiple or all above destinations, then they must carry adequate number of photographs and photocopies of documents.
Further we must also get a list mentioning the Name Age and Gender of all traveler family wise so that we can process the permits.

Note 01:
We try to ensure that the sightseeing’s as mentioned above do not fall on dates on which they are closed. In case due to inevitable situation the sightseeing fall on which dates are closed, it will be left out. Visiting the missed sightseeing’s on next date then charges will be extra as per actual on direct payment basis.

Tiger Hill:
As per restrictions imposed by the local tourism department at the time of sunrise, Tiger Hill visit is subject to availability of permit. If the client is not able to cover Tiger Hill at the time of sunrise, it would be covered with other sightseeing points.
Nathula Pass:
•Permits – The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability of permits and road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour, depending on road condition to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. We will try our best to get the permits but cannot guarantee it.
•Documentation - Organizing permits take about minimum of 72 hours with all documents. It cannot be arranged on last minute basis. To process the permit - NAME, ADDRESS, AGE and GENDER i.e., naming list of all guests are required prior to start of the tour. It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and passport size photograph. PAN Card and Aadhar Card are not considered as a valid ID proof. For above 05 yrs. child School ID card is valid and Birth Certificate in English.
•Refund - However if inspite of our efforts we are unable to get the permits than the tour would be till Baba Mandir only and we shall refund the amount charged for Nathula Pass (if included in package). In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with an extra charge approx. Rs. 5,500/- per vehicle.
Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any reason, the guests cannot visit Nathula Pass then no refund shall be made.
•Nathula Pass can be clubbed on the same day with Tsomo Lake – Baba Mandir.
•Nathula Pass is closed on Mon and Tue.
•Because of limited number of permits issued, guest will have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Innova/Xylo/Scorpio-Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permits already issued. There is no choice of vehicles. Also, the guests must follow following rules as laid down by department of tourism: -
•In case of less than 8 people from one travel agent, the authorities will club the guests of various travel agents together who would be using same vehicle just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass.
•Nathula Pass can be visited from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guests will have to start early from Gangtok. If guest delays than they will not be able to visit Nathula Pass irrespective of the fact whether the permits have been issued.
